When we undertake a project management role, whether it is complete responsibility or just for a certain geographic area or supplier, we immediately assign a dedicated manager to the task who then works with the customer to develop a suitable Project plan.Once the plan is agreed, the manager assumes total responsibility for these tasks and will continually keep the customer informed of developments via a live project File located on our secure e-server.
